Our Services

At Allele Diagnostics, we believe that genetic testing is about more than just the test itself. We pride ourselves on having great service before, during, and after testing, as well as having accurate and fast test results. Our reports are easy to use, accessible to clinicians, and provide useful interpretations.

Testing

Experience matters when it comes to testing. Our laboratory staff is highly experienced in performing microarray, karyotype, and FISH testing and has worked directly on improving each of our tests to optimize performance and speed of testing. We believe testing can be performed quickly without sacrificing the quality of results; we are dedicated to offering you quality results with short turn-around times.

Our proprietary rapid microarray provides results within 2-4 business days to benefit postnatal or prenatal cases in need of prompt medical management. Karyotype options are also available to complement our microarray services. In addition, we offer a full range of genetic testing including NGS sequencing panels and UPD testing through our partner laboratories. Please continue to check back as our test menu will continue to expand over time.

Reporting

You deserve high-quality, easy-to-read reports with interpretations that help you guide management of your patient. You'll find that quality with each and every test you order from Allele Diagnostics. Our board-certified laboratory directors have years of experience with microarray reports and have listened to feedback from clinicians to develop the reporting structure in a way that is the most beneficial in a clinical setting. We do more than report results; we use our experience and tools to provide an interpretation that will be useful to you.

We have a team of experienced laboratory directors, genetic counselors, customer service representatives, and laboratory staff ready to support you by assisting with any questions or concerns.
