International Specimens

We encourage specimens from clinicians outside of the US and Canada.

Samples

Sample requirements are the same for specimens coming from within or outside of the United States and Canada. See our sample requirements for details.

Shipping

Prior to sending a specimen to us, please review your local government’s guidelines for shipping clinical specimens. We are not able to assist in determining requirements for each individual country, however specimen collection kits may be ordered to help facilitate sending specimens.

Ordering

We encourage use of the secure online portal for submitting test orders. All specimens must also be accompanied by a completed test requisition form, which may be printed from the portal once test ordering is completed or may be filled out manually using a paper requisition form.

Payment

Samples from outside the United States and Canada must be accompanied by full payment at the time of sample submission. Payment may be made by providing a credit card number at the time of sample submission. To pay using a different method, please contact us.
